With proper cleaning and care, your handcrafted pen will last a lifetime.

Here are just a few tips.

If you want to clean your pen, a damp cloth is enough.

A wooden pen is a natural product and, as such, reacts to its surroundings. Therefore, there are a few things to keep in mind when caring for your wooden pen.

Wood absorbs water, even if the surface is almost completely sealed. This causes it to swell, and cracks in the surface may occur. Therefore, please do not wipe it with a wet cloth, and do not leave it in a very damp room, such as a bathroom or sauna, or out in the rain.

Wood shrinks and can form cracks. Do not leave your pen in direct sunlight (e.g., on the dash or seat of the car, on the window ledge or on the top of a radiator or heater).
